We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — as long as the item comes back the way it left.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

How to Start a Return

DM us at @sideb.apparel on Instagram or use the contact page on the site. Include your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a return label and instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We don't offer exchanges — but if you need a different size, you're welcome to repurchase after your refund is processed if the item is still available.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll sort it out immediately at no cost to you.
